The DemSCAPE Project aims to understand the steps communities, policymakers, decision-makers and the public can take to make Vancouver's and Prince George's neighbourhoods friendly for people living with dementia and their caregivers. 

For this project we were asked to designed three postcards that showcased the different tools DemSCAPE has developed over time.
